Most Samples are free, but need to collect the express cost.
We prefer payment currency in USD as a priority. We transact through banks via telegraphic transfers as main methods of payment. For small amount payment, such as sample fee and freight/ shipping fee, we accept Paypal(+ fee).

Shipping cost is charged as per package’s weight, shipping methods and distance to your destination.
For sample: lead-time is usually 6-12 days. For production: lead-time is about 25-30 days. Production is flexible, we can preferentially arrange your order bulk production according to your needs.
Before sending out the goods our QC department will do strict quality check to avoid customer complaint, ennsuring all the goods you receive have good quality. If the goods have any quality issue, please contact us asap and we will offer professional and responsible solutions, such as refunding, offering new good replacements, offering discount, etc.
We promise NEVER ever to share or sell or disclose your designs in any form to any party unconcerned. Your designs are kept exclusive to you and your business and shipment info are protected. We will sign Non-Disclosure Agreement with our clients.
Please pay 30% deposit so we can purchase materials then start the production procedure. Pay 70% balance before shipment when production is almost finished.

The goods can be shipped by Express, by Air or by Sea which will depend on your demand. Worldwide shipping service is availble. Normally it will take 5-7 days by Express/Air, and 25-35 days by Sea.
Sure, we will make samples and send to you for testing before bulk production. We offer a prototyping service for the purposes of range development, which allows you to perfect your designs before committing to do production.
Because the majority of the items we produce are made ompletely to your specifications, this is carried out before bulk production commences and the sample is sent to you in image form, or if you prefer, physically posted to you for approval. At this stage you can make minor design amendments to ensure your final products are exactly as you want them.
Yes, all our pieces use scientific glass industry standard 14mm or 18mm ISO fittings.

HURSS Glass uses the finest borosilicate, a type of glass with a high silica content that’s heat-tolerant and chemically inert. These qualities make borosilicate perfect for pipes, as it can withstand and disperse heat from a lighter or torch and doesn’t pollute smoke in any way. Some of our components, namely our nails and bangers, are made from quartz. Quartz is 100% silica, making it even more durable than borosilicate. However, it’s more expensive than borosilicate, which is why we only use it for smaller pieces.

All of our glass water pipes bases and mouthpieces are made of high end 7mm borosilicate glass. So it’s thick! All percolators and bent mouthpieces are made from 5mm borosilicate glass due to the detail work within the percs. However, 5mm is still a solid thickness. Now that doesn’t mean the glass won’t break because it’s still glass but, at least it has a fighting chance.
